Monica contacted me less than a year ago to shoot her wedding.  She had the man of her dreams, the venue of her dreams and a short time to plan a wedding for 200 plus guests…..aaaand she had to do it all from Tennessee. Monica and Jason moved to Nashville to further their eduction and careers.  Over a trip back to Virginia, I met with Monica and Jason at UVA, their alma mater, to shoot their engagement session.  We chatted about how they met, how Monica broke her leg (haha…not funny, but to hear her tell it sure was) and the vision they had for their wedding.  After that afternoon I knew two things….these two were SO in love and they were going to make my job SO easy. I was right.  Their big day came and you could just tell they were more than ready to become husband and wife.  Monica and Jason were surrounded by such caring parents, siblings and friends. They were married at the Veritas Vineyard in Afton, Virginia.  This place was AMAZING and the staff was equally as wonderful.   If you ever have a chance to visit this place – you definitely should. Monica and Jason, thank you for choosing me to document your big day.  And thank you for showing me just how easy it is to be in love.  Hope you enjoy some of my favorites from your day!
