Katie & Jeff | Stevenson Ridge Wedding

Katie was the definition on a calm bride. Everything was organized, in place, and scheduled to make the day run smoothly. Nothing was going to stand in her way of marrying the love of her life.  For some reason, Virginia decided to throw us a random heat wave in October. The morning was hot, but as soon as their first look happened, a nice cool breeze came through and stayed the rest of the day. It was beautiful. Katie and Jeff said ‘I do’ at Stevenson Ridge. The perfect setting for a rustic, fall wedding. After some dinner and dancing, Katie and Jeff surprised their guests with an ice cream truck! I’ve been to a lot of weddings but this was a first for me. It. Was. Awesome. Enjoy my favorites below! Huge thank you to Megan for second shooting with me. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Wood!

Bouquet by Amanda of Anthomanic!

First look!

Oh, Katie. You are gorgeous!

Wine for their wine ceremony during the wedding.

Future couples… first look and all, Jeff still teared up watching Katie come down the aisle. It’s still just as special.

Katie and Jeff also did a ring passing… Every guest held the rings in their hands to give thoughts and prayers. Love this idea!

Married!!!

Sort of obsessed with the bouquets…

Reception time! Katie and Jeff put a lot of work into their details. It paid off for sure!

Frist dance!

Katie and Jeff’s best man and maid of honor gave great speeches!

Ice cream truck surprise!

Yay! Congratulations, again!
