My family has always vacationed on the Outer Banks. Ever since I was little, that was where we went. Beach during the day, pool in the afternoon, awesome dinners and some competitive rounds of putt-putt… I look forward to it every summer.  When Johanna told me her wedding was in the Outer Banks, I was beyond excited. Then she told me the reception was at Jennette’s Pier… I couldn’t wait for it to be June! Ah! It was amazing. The whole day was just perfect. Johanna was so calm and collected. Surrounded by her amazing family, she slipped into the most gorgeous dress and waited to go see Sam for the first time that day. When I met Sam for their first look, I asked him if he was nervous.  He quickly replied “No, not at all”. He was so ready to see and marry his best friend. And that he did… in one amazing ceremony.  Congratulations, Johanna and Sam! And a big thank you to the Dowling and Evan’s family for welcoming Megan and I into your beach house for the day – you all were wonderful! And Megan, thank you SO much for second shooting with me! This post is extra long… I couldn’t get enough of this day!
