In my years of shooting weddings, I’ve had some pretty laid back brides. But, as of last Saturday, Stephani officially tops my list.  She only had a few rules on her wedding day. No pink, all the green-earthy tones, have a great party with friends and family, and, most importantly, get married to her best friend, Brad.  She accomplished all of these tasks.  The weather was perfect. Exactly how you would want a late September day to feel. It felt like Fall was officially here.  This was also my first time shooting at Braehead Manor.  What a stunning venue!  All the greenery and gorgeous plants surrounding the historic building was, what I felt, the perfect space for the look Stephani and Brad were going for.  The kindest of staff was there to guide us through some great spaces to shoot as well as help with anything we needed.  This was my last wedding of 2017 and it was so great to be completely stress free.  Stephani and Brad were married under the very large (possibly walnut) tree in the sweetest of ceremonies. Both not one for attention, it was just beautiful. The team at Stem + Anther and the team at Braehead turned the reception tent into something spectacular. What a gorgeous job they did incorporating all the green and earthy feels Stephani envisioned…. and it was party time!  The new Mr. and Mrs. danced and sang the night away with everyone that means the most to them.  Stephani and Brad, I hope you enjoy your photos!
