Erin & Elliot | Old House Vineyards Wedding

This couple is near and dear to my heart. I wrote a post awhile back on my best friend Katie. Katie’s family is my second family, hands down. I am always welcomed with open arms and if I needed something they would be there for me in a heart beat.  On one of our weekly catch ups, Katie told me her step-sister Erin had met the love of her life. It was still early but Katie called it. “Oh, yeah, they’ll definitely get married“. She was right. Fast forward a few months and Elliot popped the question!  I was completely honored and ecstatic when Erin asked me to capture the biggest day of her life. I instantly said yes and I was so, SO happy to watch Erin marry Elliot.  I’ll go ahead and state the obvious. It was hot. 105 degrees and possibly the hottest day of the year.  Did Erin care? No. All she kept saying was: “How often do you get to have all the people you care about in one place at one time?”  This is why I love Erin. Her heart is huge and she was not about to worry about her melting cake.  She just wanted to marry Elliot and spend time with all the people that meant the most to her.  Despite the heat, it was a beautiful day. Elliot and Erin, I hope you enjoy your photos! I wish you both all the happiness in the world!!!

Erin and Elliot exchanged awesome gifts!

One of the features of the Old House Vineyards is having a custom lock made. Once the lock is sealed… they throw away the key. Love this!

MARRIED!!!

This venue was amazing!

Love the Chucks!

Eek! SO cute!

105 degrees and they look amazing!

Erin, you are STUNNING!

Reception details! They did an awesome job!

Homemade jams and jellies for the guests! Love this idea!

First dance!

Erin sang to Elliot… Pretenders Don’t Get Me Wrong.  It was beautiful. And Kris Tuebner did not disappoint on guitar!

Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Watson!!!!

Carley I made a point of telling you how great your images are and how much the families appreciate your effort. But it can’t be overstated, and as one pro photo person to another these images are simply amazing.

    Thank you again
