Rain. I swear it’s all I’ve been talking about. Simply because this great state of Virginia has LOST IT’S MIND! The month of May has been a total roller coaster ride of hot, cold, rain, clouds, occasional sun…. just all over the place. Well, last Saturday was no exception to one of May’s weather low points. The sun didn’t come out to play once BUT because my couples are seriously the most amazing people ever… they brought their OWN sunshine.  Megan and Rick are the type of people you just love to be around.  I mean it’s all laughter ALL the time.  I met Megan a while back.  She has been a bridesmaid and guest at many wedding’s I’ve shot.  It all came full circle when she was the final 4 of her friends to get married.  Well, the final 4 that I had the honor photographing that is.  I think at this point, she knew how I worked and she knew rain or sun, I had her back.  When the weather doesn’t go as planned, you throw up your hands and put a huge smile on your face. The weather is something you can’t control BUT you can let the world know just how excited you are to marry the love of your life!!!  Megan and Rick were all smiles ALL day.  Two of the kindest, most hilarious, genuine people were joined together in front of a seriously FUN group of family and friends.  The Jepson Center housed one heck of a party!  Megan and Rick are now on a lifetime of adventures with Marine marriage and I wish them all the love and happiness one life can bring! I genuine feel I can call these two friends and it was an honor to photograph their day.
