I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… I LOVE shooting at new places. When Libby told me she wanted to do her engagement photos at Kyle’s family farm I was excited. I had no idea what an amazing visual treat I was in for, though. Libby and I met in Fredericksburg to take the ride out to King George. We chatted about life, knowing a lot of the same people (some of my favorite people I might add… Hi, Tuebner family!) and a little about wedding planning. Once we arrived in King George and drove up the dirt road to Kyle’s house I knew it was going to be a great shoot. The summer temperatures cooled at just the right time. Kyle’s dad graciously drove us ALL over the property. We went from a large oak tree, to the very spot Kyle asked Libby to be his wife, up to an abandoned burned down home, down to a tree where Kyle’s parents carved their initials, and we finished off back on the very dirt road we drove in on. Complete with some goats and a lot of laughs, the night was literally picture perfect. I can’t wait for Kyle and Libby’s Stevenson Ridge wedding. Enjoy my journey across the Allwine property!
Libby! Ya’ll… I have the prettiest brides.
The custom ring box Kyle made.
This was the hill where Kyle proposed.
Quick outfit change and off to a new location!
These two laughed together the whole time. Love that about them.
Kyle introduced me to the goats!
Custom sandals with Libby’s NEW monogram!
Kyle’s parents had carved their initials in this tree. Now, he and Libby have a set as well.
And last stop on the gravel road. So, so pretty.
I’m so excited for their wedding. Just look at them!
Congratulations Libby and Kyle!!!
What a beautiful shoot and beautiful couple! Love y’all! Also, will the goats be the ring bearers please?! Hahah!
