Kelly and Shane are high school sweethearts. I have quite a few couples like this and I love these stories.  Shane was a football player.  And you’re probably expecting me to write… And Kelly was a cheerleader. Wrong. So wrong.  Let me start over… Shane was a football player. So was Kelly. That’s right… so was Kelly. How awesome is that?! Kelly was the kicker for the Massaponax football team. Kind of amazing. What else is amazing? Their love. I met Kelly and Shane at a battlefield in Spotsylvania.  As we fought the crazy wind, we talked a little about the wedding, a little about mutual friends and a lot about Caroline, their one year old daughter. Not only are Kelly and Shane extremely in love, they are most in love with little Caroline…  who I can’t wait to meet at their December wedding!
