I was so excited when I got the first email from Kelli.  Her wedding was a ways away but she wanted to lock down as many things as possible…I love that. She had found me through Tommy and Melissa, a successful high school sweetheart story. Kelli and Dan are no exception.  They also met in high school and are planning a May 2012 wedding…which I’m SO looking forward to.  We met downtown and attempted to race the crazy summer thunderstorms AND the ridiculous heat.  We got through quite a few locations but we weren’t 100% successful.  So, lucky for you loyal blog readers, there will be a part 2 of this amazing couple down by the river – where they were engaged! Enjoy some of my favorites from part 1!

Quick outfit change then we went to the train tracks for some shelter… It was coming down pretty hard at this point but, they still looked amazing.
