There are a few things I know about Heather. She loves dance, her friends and family, photography, her now husband and The Capitals.  Every single one of these things were incorporated into her wedding day.  From the moment I walked into Raspberry Plain Manor, I knew it would be a perfect day.  For starters, on June 15th in Virginia… it wasn’t hot. Check the box for a positive start to the day.  Heather arrived, looking gorgeous, and determined to stay on her timeline.  Being a wedding photographer herself, she knows the importance and I appreciated it so much.  Ryan and Heather had a sweet first look and the day went off without a hitch from there.  They shared their love and vows in front of a room full of friends and family.  Once they made it official, it was time to party. Let me tell you all… that room knew how to party!  Ryan and Heather LOVE the Washington Capitals. When I say LOVE… I mean LOVE. They pulled off the ultimate surprise and had Slapshot enter the wedding reception to greet all the guests! It was amazing.  It was selfie central in truly the best way to kick off the celebration.  Heather’s one request was a lot of dancing so she, Ryan and the whole entire wedding danced the night away!
