Catherine and John are middle school sweethearts. That sounds funny considering how awkward middle school is… uncomfortable hand holding, dances where you must be a rulers width apart. People change so much from entering high school, to graduating high school, to moving away to different colleges then graduation into the “real world”. They changed and grew together instead of apart. I first met John and Cat out randomly one Friday night amongst mutual friends. I instantly hugged her after only exchanging emails. What is wrong with me?! Right then she must of thought I was crazy. When they drove up to the Belmont for their engagement session…I was tying a rope. Again. Crazy. I thought for sure they would turn their car around and never look back. Luckily, they didn’t. After my ridiculous explanation, Cat showed me she brought props as well… I knew right then it would be a good day! Cat and John, you are amazing. Thanks for putting up with my crazy ideas and I am so, SO excited for your August wedding!!!
Tying the knot… yeah, you get it. PS – Mr. Ross and Liz – thank you, thank you for attempting to help me!
Oh, the things they did for me….
After an outfit change we hiked (not exaggerating…) to the river. It was beautiful.
Love this transition shot!
Like I said before… they laid on rocks for me with not one complaint. LOVE THEM!
Their “model look” = amazing.
Oh, Cat… You will make a GORGEOUS bride!
I’ll end on one of my favorites… Thanks again, Cat and John! Can’t wait for your big day!
You are one talented lady!! Love these… We had so much fun with you!
All of these pictures are wonderful!
