From the first meeting I had with Stephani, she told me she wanted part of her engagement photos at her house. She went on to explain Brad had built it. I really didn’t know what to expect but when I pulled up, I was stunned. It was so beautiful. Honestly, my first thought was I want to call my dad. Let me explain…. For as long as I can remember, my dad and I would drive into neighborhood after neighborhood looking at houses under construction. It was a favorite weekend pastime of ours. I would bombard my dad with a million questions of: What’s that going to be? Why did they pick that? Where does this go? He never got annoyed… I was just so curious. So, naturally, when I saw the stunning structure Brad had built, I wanted to know everything. However, I refrained because let’s be real – I just met this guy and I didn’t want him to think I was a total weirdo. So, yes, instead I’m just broadcasting it on the internet… But, nonetheless, it was so impressive. We spent the most beautiful Spring evening shooting around their home. Their little furbaby Yogi made a few guest appearances. He is the cutest little black lab! A little lethargic from shots, he wasn’t up for taking many photos. After spending sometime around their property, we rode to Lake Anna to catch the sunset and be by the water. It was truly a great evening! I can’t wait for their September wedding! Meet Stephani and Brad!
How cute is this little guy?!
This light and this porch! Love!
Poor Yogi! He was so tired!
We basically had Lake Anna all to ourselves. It was such a nice night!
One of my favorites!
Can’t wait for September!
