I struggled to write the blog post for their engagement session. Here I sit trying to find the words to describe their wedding day. Lindsay and Zach said I do amongst friends and family September 22nd. I had the privilege and honor to stand by their sides as they promised their lives to each other. The day was a whirlwind. Jordan turned to me during their first dance and said, “This day has flown by and it’s not even my day – I wonder how they feel?” She’s right. The day was over before we knew it. Months and months of planning with Linds and it was over, just like that. It was perfect, though. All the hard work paid off. Lindsay and Zach’s wedding represented them to a T. All the details they spent so long on, really turned out amazing. Lindsay and Zach, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… I love you two! No one deserves happiness than the both of you. You are perfect for each other and I’m so happy you both found one another. Thank you for being amazing friends!
So, you maybe wondering how this day happened? How I stood by their side and took pictures. Well, that obviously wasn’t possible. HUGE thank you to my sister-in-law, Megan, for helping me second shoot the portraits. Also, HUGE thank you to Sara of Wolfcrest Media for capturing the ceremony and the reception. Please head over to her blog to see such important parts of their day.
This is the first of many AMAZING chalkboards… The very talented Jordan Trotter created these. She’s also the girl doing Lindsay’s makeup above. Love her to pieces.
