The moment I got Amelia’s email, I knew instantly who she and her fiancé were. Flashbacks from Samantha and Richie’s fall wedding ran through my head…. the adorable guest who caught the bouquet and danced the night away with the best man. That bouquet catch worked. Jon asked Amelia to marry him the following summer.  Amelia and Jon met while attending Longwood University.  After a simple Facebook message on Amelia’s part, here we are today. I have never had a bride SO excited for pictures. Amelia was loving having engagement photos taken and I in turn love her for it.  She kept saying how much fun she was having. Ya’ll, from a photographers standpoint, that was so refreshing to hear. Jon also handled the photos like a champ. Often times, guys don’t truly love having their picture taken but they do it because they love their other half. Jon must have told Amelia how beautiful she was 100 times.  It never got old. He loves her with all his being. These two made me even more excited for 2018! Enjoy my favorites from their Downtown Fredericksburg engagement shoot!
