It rained. A lot. All day. Melanie’s hopes of a winter wedding was literally being washed away. With no signs of the rain letting up, they had to move the ceremony inside the Silk Mill.  Was this part of her plan? Nope.  Did her and Chris plan to first look in front of the clock inside the Inn? Nope.  Did they plan to take shelter on a tiny covering for portraits? Nope. None of these things were in the “plan”.  The one thing the rain couldn’t take away… the one thing the rain couldn’t spoil… was their main plan…. to start the rest of their life together, forever, in front of all their family and friends.  And that they did. Despite the monsoon, the day was beautiful. Melanie looked stunning, Chris couldn’t take his eyes off his girl, the reception decor was breathtaking and the night was a blast!  Take that, mother nature!  Newlywed’s, I hope you are enjoy the SUN in St. Thomas!  Enjoy my favorites!
